BUILD allows you to build workouts from clips you downloaded from Instagram and TikTok. The app provides the following features:

• Upload Clips: Add short exercise clips (up to 10 seconds) from your photo library. Give each clip a name (e.g., "weighted dead bugs", "heel squat", "dragon flies") and tags (e.g., "abs", "glutes", "adductors")
• Browse Library: Browse all your clips in your library and filter by tag to pull up exactly what you need when building a workout
• Build Workouts: Create custom workouts by arranging clips into circuits with multiple rounds. Add rest periods between moves or between blocks. Reorder, edit, and refine until the workout is ready
• Play Workouts: Press play and follow along as the app plays each clip in sequence, counting down rest timers between steps

Information We Collect

Data Not Linked to You

The following data may be collected but is not linked to your identity:

• User Content: Video clips you upload, clip names, tags, and workout configurations
• Identifiers: Anonymous identifiers used to provide app functionality

Photo Library Access

BUILD requires access to your photo library to import exercise clips. We only access the specific videos you select to upload - we do not scan or access other content in your library.
